Missing module ngx_http_substitutions_filter_module

I am trying to install this module and I get a timeout
git clone
git://github.com/yaoweibin/ngx_http_substitutions_filter_module.git
does anybody know how to install this module?
It's a vital part of my nginx installation.

You'd probably need to check local settings and raise a support
request on GH for the issue.
Also, that module is a third-party product, so you can raise an issue
for that project on GH as well.
